About the Role 🎯

We are looking for a strategic and energetic Sales Director to spearhead revenue growth and oversee our sales team. This position blends hands-on sales leadership with high-level strategic execution. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual contributor and mentor, thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven startup environment.

Responsibilities 📋

  • Lead a team of energetic sales professionals – SDRs and account managers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to surpass revenue goals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with key accounts.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and make proactive adjustments.
  • Collaborate across departments including Marketing, Product, and R&D to align strategies with company objectives.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to go-to-market planning.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
  • Oversee Waltz CRM system, generate reports, and provide insights for leadership.

Requirements ✅

  • Proven experience as a Sales Team Lead or Director.
  • Hands-on experience in mortgage, lending, financing, or Fintech industries is a must.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in management or leadership roles.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and understanding sales metrics.
  • Multilingual abilities, including Spanish, Portuguese, or Hebrew, are a big advantage.
