About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, hands-on, and experienced Sales Director to lead revenue growth and expand our partnerships. This role blends sales leadership with executing high-level strategies to meet company goals. The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor and a mentor, thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with experience in high-growth start-ups or scale-ups. 💼
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Account Executives, building a motivated and effective sales organization.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Manage the full sales cycle for key accounts, from prospecting to closing, guiding the team toward success.
- Establish scalable sales processes with clear metrics and accurate reporting to ensure predictable growth.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and R&D teams to align sales with overarching business objectives.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and partners, while uncovering new opportunities and channels.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent, nurturing a culture of performance and accountability.
- Lead by example when necessary, actively engaging in strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or senior sales leader in a fast-growing start-up or scale-up.
- Strong background in building and scaling sales teams, GTM strategies, and revenue engines.
- Success in driving revenue growth and closing strategic deals.
- At least 5 years leading teams of 5–10+ members.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems and leveraging data for decision-making.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
- Advantages include:
- Experience in B2B2C sales models
- Background in Mortgages, FinTech, PropTech, Lending, or Vertical SaaS
- Multilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew) to support global expansion
