Responsibilities 📝

  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
  • Create, maintain, and update a comprehensive customer database.
  • Build and consolidate an expanding customer base.
  • Record detailed outbound call history and customer responses.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with customers.
  • Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop effective selling strategies.
  • Address customer needs and inquiries promptly.

Requirements ✅

  • Language Skills: C2 level in German with advanced English skills.
  • Experience: Preferably 20 months of sales experience.
  • Autonomy & Goal Achievement: Ability to manage tasks independently and meet targets.
  • CRM Expertise: Strong experience with CRM tools to boost customer engagement and sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent at conveying information and engaging stakeholders at varying levels.
  • Goal-Orientation: Comfortable working in a target-driven environment within a team setting.
  • Presentation Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, confident, and proactive in approach.
