About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and expand our presence within the French market. If you're driven, energetic, and eager to make an impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers in the French market within target industries.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calls, emails, and social selling to generate and qualify leads.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and communicate our value proposition effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies to increase engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, utilizing marketing resources for outreach.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings and pipeline growth.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Previous outbound sales experience in B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to exceed targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong prospecting and cold calling skills, with excellent rapport-building over calls and email.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple priorities.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) is a plus.
- Native French proficiency and fluent in English (written and spoken).
