What We Are Looking For 🤝

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to help us deliver exceptional service. With over 520 store locations and 35+ years in the industry, we're a proud, family-owned business based in the USA. You will confidently sell premium mattresses and bedding products using our proven sales process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system, bedMatch.

Preferred Qualifications

• Availability: Willingness to work retail hours including evenings, most holidays, and weekends. Typical workweek is 4–5 days, totaling between 40 and 55 hours.
• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds, resetting the showroom floor, and assisting customers with loading mattresses into their vehicles.
• Customer Experience: Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving customers' sleep through our solutions.
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using tablets, mobile POS systems, and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• Team Attitude & Enthusiasm: High energy, positive attitude, and passion for customer interaction are essential for success.
