Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you'll be a vital part of creating an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales objectives. 😊

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear tailored to their lifestyle, prescriptions, and budget
• Dispense eyewear including eyeglasses and contact lenses, and provide lens training (per state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate records for customers and patients
• Communicate order statuses and answer incoming calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing according to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

And guess what? We are closed every Sunday! 🏖️ How would you like Sundays off?

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

• Experience & Skills: 1+ year in retail or customer service preferred. Fluent in English & Spanish (reading and speaking)
• Versatility: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
