💼 Essential Duties & Responsibilities
🔹 Sales & Proposal Support (Entry-Level)
1. Sales Support
- Assist in updating and maintaining sales tracking systems with accurate information
- Organize data, prepare basic reports, and track task progress for the sales team
- Respond to basic sales inquiries and route complex questions appropriately
- Help coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications related to sales activities
2. Proposal Support
- Modify and format proposal presentations (PPT) following templates and guidelines
- Gather required information from internal teams to support proposal preparation
- Request and follow up on quotations from vendors
- Maintain organized records of vendor quotations for easy reference
3. Administrative & Coordination Support
- Manage files and documentation for sales and proposal activities
- Facilitate communication between internal teams such as sales, procurement, and engineering
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the sales process
🎯 Minimum Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a criminal background check
- Fluent in English and Korean (verbal & written) — preferred but not required
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, responsible, and dependable with attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED, with at least 1 year of related experience (construction, business, etc.) — preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of modern office procedures and tools
- Proficiency in document control and general administrative functions
🧍♂️ Working Environment & Physical Activities
This role primarily involves indoor work with physical activities including:
- Long periods of sitting, along with standing, walking, and movement when needed
- Use of hands for grasping, lifting (up to 20 lbs), and handling objects
- Visual and sensory skills including color recognition, depth perception, and focus adjustment
