Summary
As a Sales Assistant, your primary responsibilities include supporting our sales team through administrative and customer service tasks. Collaborate closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and help achieve sales goals. Your ultimate aim is to assist in generating revenue for the company.
This position offers training to become a salesperson in the future, with opportunities for monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses. 📈💰
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in-store or via phone 🤝
- Respond to inquiries and provide detailed product information 💬
- Accurately process customer orders and payments 💳
- Revise sales orders, follow up on backorders, claims, and contracts 📋
- Coordinate with stores, buyers, and distribution centers for inventory and delivery assurance 🚚
- Partner with the accounting team to ensure timely payments 💼
- Support sales meetings and promotional events 🎉
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and record-keeping 🗃️
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, shipments, and statuses 📦
- Perform additional duties as directed by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred 🎓
- Bilingual in English and Vietnamese is mandatory 🈶🈚
- Mandarin language skills are a plus 🀄
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software 🖥️
- Excellent communication and customer service skills 🌟
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail 📝
- Ability to maintain professional and courteous communication 📧
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment ⚡
- Effective team player 🌐
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship 🇺🇸
