Join Our Team as a Customer Relationship & Business Development Coordinator 🚚🤝

We are seeking a dedicated professional to foster strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate sales and operational activities within the transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships through direct communication, meetings, and consistent follow-ups.
• Identify new business opportunities and support initiatives for customer growth.
• Coordinate sales activities and manage customer accounts strategically.
• Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and business development events as needed.
• Prepare and oversee customer pricing, quotations, and rate analysis.
• source and negotiate with motor carriers to meet customer needs and ensure competitive pricing.
• Monitor customer accounts, operational issues, and service performance at shipment and account levels.
• Collaborate closely with operations, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Report activity metrics such as customer activity, pricing updates, sales pipeline, and account performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Support contract renewals, RFQs, and long-term development strategies.
• Travel up to 50% for customer visits, meetings, and business growth activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to build strong relationships and engage professionally with customers and carriers.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capacity to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in pricing and transportation coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or trucking industry is preferred.
• Fluent in Korean and English (or Chinese).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Availability for overtime during peak periods.

Pay Range 💰

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $95,000. Compensation will be based on your experience, qualifications, and skills.
