Energy Jobline ZR Is Hiring A Sales & Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team, supporting various operational, sales, and customer service functions in a dynamic environment. 🚀

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university 🎓
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, sales, or customer service roles within a consumer products or distribution environment 💼
  • Fluent in both English and Korean (reading, writing, and speaking required) 🗣️📘
  • Experience working in a small team or lean environment 👫

Key Responsibilities

U.S. Market Sales

  • Communicate with and maintain relationships with U.S. distributors 🤝
  • Support sales activities, including coordination of ODM projects and retail placements 🛍️
  • Prospect and develop new distributor and ODM partner relationships 🌱
  • Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery timelines 🚚

Customer Service & After-Sales Support

  • Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, and warranties 📞
  • Manage after-sales service (AS) and customer service (CS) processes 🛠️
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary 🚩

Finance & Operations Support

  • Manage distributor payments and accounts receivable 💰
  • Track cash inflows/outflows and support reporting to CPA and headquarters 📊
  • Monitor inventory movement and assist with reconciliation 🔄

Product & Catalog Management

  • Maintain and update product catalog across sales channels 📁
  • Assist in new product launches, coordinating with HQ and distributors 🚀
  • Gather market feedback to support product positioning 💡

General Operations & Administrative Support

  • Support day-to-day operational and administrative needs of the U.S. subsidiary 📝
  • Assist with office administration, vendor coordination, and facilities-related matters 🏢
  • Handle ad hoc tasks to ensure business continuity 🔧

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 💻
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills ✍️🗣️
  • Ability to coordinate across international teams (U.S. and Korea HQ) 🌐
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 🎯
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently ⚡
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts (AP/AR, reporting) 📊
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment 🚀
