Job Description ✍️

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing Department as we expand our business in the United States. The main responsibility is to support and maintain sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities 💼

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Ecommerce channels through meetings, site visits, and customer engagement to meet sales targets.
  • Prepare forecasts and report monthly, quarterly, and annually to top management.
  • Create, update, and publish content on the company’s website and social media platforms.
  • Utilize marketing analytics tools to gather insights (web analytics, rankings, etc.).
  • Manage and develop marketing materials to strengthen market presence.
  • Relay customer and consumer feedback to R&D, Production, and Quality teams.
  • Inform R&D about food trends to aid in developing new SKUs and improving recipes.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly sensory tastings to assess product quality.
  • Represent the company at nationwide food shows and roadshows as a brand ambassador.
  • Assist in executing new sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

  • Experience: 1+ year in social media management and sales (Preferred)
  • Language proficiency: Mandarin (Required)
  • Location: Chatsworth, CA 91311 (Required; must be able to commute or relocate before starting)
  • Work Arrangement: In person

Qualifications 🎓

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years leadership and social media management experience within a sales organization, preferably in the food industry
  • Familiarity with sales cycles for various customer types, including retailers, wholesalers, and food service providers; experience with Asian ethnic retailers is a plus
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
  • Proficient with Google Apps, MS Office Suite, and similar tools
