Job Description

Position: Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Full-time)

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and dynamic professional to join our Sales and Marketing Department as we expand our business in the United States. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining sales and marketing activities to foster growth and brand presence.

Major Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships with ecommerce channels through meetings, site visits, etc., to meet sales targets 📈
• Prepare sales forecasts and compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for top management 📊
• Create, update, and post online content on the company's website and social media platforms 🌐
• Use marketing analytics techniques to gather vital data such as web analytics and rankings 📉
• Manage and produce marketing literature to enhance market presence 📝
• Relay customer and consumer feedback to R&D, Production, and Quality teams 🔄
• Inform R&D about food trends to innovate new SKUs and refine recipes 🍜
• Participate in weekly/monthly sensory tastings to provide instant product quality feedback 🧪
• Represent the company at nationwide food shows to explore business opportunities 🌎
• Attend roadshows as a brand ambassador to promote Synear Food products 🤝
• Assist in implementing new sales initiatives to drive growth 🚀
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 🎓
• 1-2 years of experience in leadership and social media management within a food sales organization 🍽️
• Knowledge of sales cycles across various customer types such as retailers, wholesalers, and foodservice providers 🍴
• Prior experience with Asian ethnic retailers and wholesale markets preferred 🥢
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills 🗣️
• Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ⚡
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally 🌍
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills 🔍
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required 🈶
• Proficiency in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, and related tools 💻
• Ability to commute to Chatsworth, CA 91311, and willingness to relocate before starting 🏡
