Position Overview 🎯

We are looking for an experienced, driven, and dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing Department. This role involves maintaining sales and marketing activities to support our growth in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Develop and maintain customer relationships with Ecommerce channels through meetings, site visits, etc., to achieve sales targets
• Prepare sales forecasts and compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for top management
• Create, update, and publish online content on the company’s website and social media platforms
• Utilize marketing analytics techniques to gather data such as web analytics and rankings
• Manage and produce marketing literature to enhance market presence
• Relay customer and consumer feedback to internal teams like R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance
• Keep R&D informed about food trends to aid in creating new SKUs and improving existing recipes
• Participate in weekly/monthly sensory tastings to provide immediate feedback on product quality
• Represent the company at nationwide food shows to explore new business opportunities
• Attend roadshows as a brand ambassador
• Assist in implementing new sales initiatives within the department
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications ✅

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-2 years’ experience in sales and social media management within the food industry
• Understanding of sales cycles across different customer types such as retailers, wholesalers, and food service
• Prior experience with Asian ethnic retailers and wholesalers is a plus
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin required
• Proficiency in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, and similar tools
