Omet Americas Inc, the US branch of Italy’s Omet Srl, a renowned global manufacturer of printing presses and folding lines for the tissue and non-woven industries, is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic bilingual Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Mount Prospect, Illinois. This role involves supporting both departments through a variety of daily tasks to ensure smooth operations. 🌎✨

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Supporting Sales Efforts

• Handling customer inquiries and providing support
• Tracking sales data and preparing reports
• Coordinating sales meetings and travel arrangements
• Providing administrative support to the sales team
• Producing quotes and proposals
• Updating the Company CRM with all activities
• Coordinating shipments from parent company to clients

🔹 Supporting Marketing Efforts

• Assisting with the production of marketing materials such as web content, brochures, blog posts, and press releases
• Managing social media content and engagement
• Assisting with email marketing campaigns
• Tracking marketing campaign performance and reporting results
• Coordinating marketing events (e.g., trade shows, webinars)

🔹 General Administrative Tasks

• Handling phone calls and correspondence
• Managing databases and updating information
• Assisting with inventory and product management
• Maintaining and ordering office supplies
• Organizing and maintaining files

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Ability to prioritize workload, work independently, and collaborate within a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
