We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales & Customer Service Representative to expand our passionate team!

Requirements

• Strong competitive drive: Motivated by goals, enjoys challenges, and has a natural desire to win 🏆
• Sales instincts or experience: Familiar with selling camp spots, sports programs, or fundraising, and knows how to connect with people.
• Comfortable generating leads and outreach: Not afraid to make the first move via phone, email, or in person 📞✉️
• Ability to build rapport with families: Skilled at engaging with parents, listening to needs, and guiding them to solutions 🤝
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Clear messaging and comfortable interacting with both adults and children 🗣️
• Fluent in English and Spanish: Confidently communicate with diverse families in both languages 🇺🇸🇪🇸
• Team player with initiative: Energetic contributor who can also work independently and stay focused without micromanagement 🚀
