Position: Sales & Broker Support Coordinator

Summary: The Sales & Broker Support Coordinator will assist the Sales Department with materials, event planning, outreach, and supporting growth initiatives. This role plays a vital part in enhancing our brand, fostering relationships, and driving sales outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Branding & Campaign Support: Develop and implement sales and broker support branding campaigns and projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to gather resources for projects.
  • Vendor Relations: Establish professional relationships with external vendors and agencies for sales activities.
  • Platform Updates: Participate in reviewing and updating our website, broker portal, and online enrollment portals.
  • Contract Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for pre- and post-contract activities, communicating plans effectively.
  • Event Support: Assist with pre-event activities such as guest lists, marketing collateral, and event logistics.
  • Educational Materials: Create resources to help brokers understand our products, aiding their sales efforts.
  • Growth Facilitation: Support insurance agents and agencies with presentations and materials for quick growth and success.
  • Community Outreach: Engage with doctors and specialists to boost sales, enrollment, retention, and community presence.
  • Administrative Support: Handle general office, clerical, and administrative duties.
  • Attendance: Maintain regular and consistent presence at work.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support team goals.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to build and nurture professional relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with technology, including website and desktop systems
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Local travel may be required for events and meetings 🚗
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • Fluent in Korean (verbal and written) 🇰🇷
