Position Summary
The Sales & Broker Support Coordinator will assist the Sales Department with sales materials, event setup, and outreach activities. This role is key to supporting initiatives that promote organizational growth, branding, and sales outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the department by developing and implementing sales and broker support branding campaigns and projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to identify and gather resources needed for assigned projects.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with outside vendors and agencies to coordinate sales activities.
- Participate in reviews and updates of the website, broker portal, and online enrollment portals.
- Serve as the point of contact for all pre- and post-contract activities, including follow-ups and communication plans.
- Assist with pre-event activities such as guest lists, marketing collateral, and event logistics.
- Support the Sales Operations Team by creating educational materials for independent broker partners, agencies, and field marketing organizations, empowering their growth.
- Help position insurance agents and agencies for rapid growth through the development of presentations and resource tools.
- Conduct community marketing and outreach efforts directed at doctors and specialists to support sales, enrollment growth, and retention.
- Perform general office, clerical, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology, including website optimization, desktop computers, and telephone systems.
- Ability to develop and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel locally for events and meetings as needed.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluent in Korean (verbal and written).
