📝 Job Description

As a Sales Account Representative, you will serve as the main point of contact for high-intent prospects in the US and European markets. This role is perfect for a self-driven, experienced professional capable of working independently within the Americas time zone.

Your initial focus will be on managing and qualifying meetings generated by external SDR partners, with opportunities to oversee the entire sales cycle over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Sales Management: Guide prospects from discovery to closing, understanding their learning needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Inbound Response: Handle and qualify a high volume of meetings from external SDR vendors.
  • Strategic Growth: Expand responsibilities to include Business Development, identifying and approaching potential clients.
  • Market Focus: Target large enterprise clients across industries like pharmaceuticals, finance, manufacturing, and retail.
  • Independent Operation: Manage workflows, CRM updates, and client follow-ups autonomously, reporting to Tokyo-based leadership during scheduled times.

🎯 Core Requirements

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 2 years of successful corporate sales experience (SaaS, consulting, or professional services)
  • Track record of generating sales opportunities from marketing leads and managing discovery calls
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Native English proficiency with a clear, neutral accent suitable for US/EU clients
  • Access to high-speed internet and a professional home office setup

🌐 Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Conversational Japanese skills (to support internal communication with Tokyo HQ)
  • Experience in the SaaS industry

This is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside in countries within the Americas time zones (e.g., Canada, Colombia, Peru, Panama, Cuba). Occasional travel for in-person client meetings may be required.
