Position Summary

Develop sales strategies, plans, and budgets to sustain and expand assigned accounts, managing all customer-related activities to ensure satisfaction and growth.

Key Responsibilities 📝

• Strategic Planning: Create sales strategies, plans, and budgets for account maintenance and growth.
• Corporate Contributions: Support sales forecasting, planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Market Analysis: Identify new opportunities, assess growth potential, and analyze competitors to refine sales approaches.
• Industry Engagement: Represent SEH America at promotional meetings and industry events.
• Customer Relations: Engage in all sales activities with clients, including site visits, presentations, and communications about pricing, orders, and delivery.
• Technical Presentations: Deliver technical demos and presentations to engineers and management.
• Pricing & Negotiation: Prepare quotes and negotiate contracts following company procedures.
• Customer Needs Assessment: Provide tailored product solutions leveraging technical expertise.
• Engineering & Quality Coordination: Facilitate product development, qualification, and address quality issues.
• Customer Support & Education: Educate customers on SEH products and provide ongoing support.
• Resource Deployment: Coordinate SEH resources across the US and international locations.
• Compliance & Policies: Follow safety, quality, employment, and site policies.
• Additional Tasks: Perform other assignments as directed.

Minimum Qualifications 🎓

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese (verbal and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant field
• Background in semiconductor engineering, quality assurance, or customer-facing roles within silicon wafer processing
• Strong interpersonal, articulate, and persuasive communication skills
• Technical knowledge of silicon wafer manufacturing and semiconductor industry segments
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills with minimal supervision
• Understanding of customer’s cultural and business practices in relevant regions
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with a focus on customer service
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
• Valid passport for international travel

Preferred Skills & Experience 🌟

• Experience in international companies
• Familiarity with Silicon Material Characterization techniques (SEM, SIMS, GOI, XRT, C-V, SRP, DLTS, TEM, etc.)

Physical & Working Conditions ⚙️

This role requires reading, comprehension, and communication of instructions, extended computer work, occasional walking and stairs, lifting up to 5 lbs, and travel (domestic and international). Safety awareness is essential.

Compensation & Benefits 💼

The salary range is from $90,000 to $140,000, based on experience and qualifications. SEH America offers a comprehensive benefits package:
