🌟 Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will connect with clients, promote our products, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales goals. Fluency in Mandarin and basic spoken English are essential for this role.

📝 Responsibilities and Duties

• Order Submission: Visit clients, reference price lists, and product literature to submit orders.
• Customer Service: Sell products and meet customer needs effectively.
• Complaint Resolution: Investigate issues, develop solutions, and recommend actions to management.
• Collaboration: Work with the Accounts Receivable team to facilitate collections as needed.
• Professional Demeanor: Maintain professionalism when dealing with challenging situations or individuals.
• Sales Focus: Study existing and potential customer volumes to optimize sales efforts.
• Reporting: Keep management informed with activity reports, weekly work plans, and sales analyses.
• Market Monitoring: Gather competitive intelligence on pricing, products, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Strategic Recommendations: Advise on product, service, and policy changes based on market insights.
• Team Contribution: Support team objectives by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

🎯 Qualifications and Skills

• Language: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (必须说普通话).
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Driver’s License: Valid license and ability to travel.
• Work Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

📍 Location & Future Relocation

Our current office is located at 57-18 Flushing Avenue, Maspeth, NY 11378. We plan to relocate to Westbury, NY by the end of Summer 2026. Ideal candidates will be able to commute to both locations.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
