Privacy Jobs Is Hiring A Saas Analyst

Join Our Growing Team as a SaaS Privacy Technology Analyst! 🚀

Lex Dinamica is expanding rapidly in the evolving field of privacy, AI compliance, and data regulation. We are seeking passionate individuals to help us build innovative privacy solutions for clients worldwide, with a special focus on the DACH region.

Why Now? ⏳

As privacy and AI compliance shift from back-office concerns to boardroom priorities, client demands for expert privacy solutions increase weekly. This presents a unique opportunity for you to contribute to the future of privacy technology. We are creating Lex Dinamica to meet these emerging needs, and we want you to be part of it.

This role involves delivering privacy technology programs to our global clients, especially in German-speaking regions, where local language skills are essential for effective engagement.

The Work 💼

Lex Dinamica is a consulting firm specializing in Privacy, AI, and Risk solutions. Our advisory, technology, and DPO services support clients in navigating complex regulatory environments and achieving compliance-driven value.

  • Our clients include FTSE 100 companies, multinationals, government agencies, and high-growth startups.
  • We provide advisory services, DPO support, AI governance, and implementation of privacy tech including OneTrust (a certified implementation partner).

The SaaS Analyst role is central to our privacy technology offerings. You will:

  • Configure, implement, and operate privacy platforms that enable clients to manage their privacy strategies effectively.
  • Translate client privacy requirements into platform solutions.
  • Analyze platform outputs and client data to inform decision-making.
  • Serve as a German language contact for DACH engagements.

Your work will involve working closely with our consultants, from project scoping through deployment and ongoing operations. You'll handle data mapping, assessments, DSARs, consent workflows, and more, learning technical depth along the way.

What You'll Do 🔧

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support configuration and implementation of privacy platforms like OneTrust.
  • Convert privacy requirements into platform configurations.
  • Perform analysis on platform data to provide actionable insights.
  • Act as a German-speaking liaison for DACH client engagements.

In Practice:

You will work with our team to deliver projects from initial scope to operational go-live, configuring modules such as data mapping, assessments, DSARs, and consent management. You'll learn on the job, ask questions, and develop your technical expertise.

You will also translate privacy needs into platform settings, ensuring client requests (like handling data subject requests within 28 days) are technically feasible and optimally configured.

Using your analytical skills, you'll extract data, build dashboards, and create reports that help privacy leaders and CISOs make informed decisions.

Additionally, your fluency in German will ensure seamless communication, documentation review, and localization for DACH clients.

As part of our growing team, you'll help shape our methodologies, templates, and best practices for future client engagements.

Who We're Looking For 🕵️‍♂️

Must Haves:

  • Experience with privacy platforms like OneTrust, TrustArc, Securiti, BigID, or similar in a real-world setting.
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Genuine interest in privacy, AI governance, and compliance technology.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

Nice to Haves:

  • Hands-on experience configuring OneTrust modules such as Privacy Management, Consent, Data Mapping, or Assessments.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or similar data analysis tools.
  • Privacy certifications like CIPP/E, CIPM, or OneTrust certification.
  • Consulting background within professional services or privacy-focused firms.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, BDSG, and DACH regional regulations.
  • Additional language skills beyond German and English.
  • Relevant degrees in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
