Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Russian-speaking nanny (live-in or live-out) to provide attentive care for a 1-year-old and light assistance with a 5-year-old. This role offers a competitive annual salary and a platform to build a lasting relationship with a caring family.

Key Responsibilities 🍼

• Provide attentive care for the 1-year-old, focusing on their growth and development.
• Assist with the 5-year-old by engaging in age-appropriate activities.
• Perform light household duties related to the children, such as tidying play areas, preparing meals and snacks, and organizing their belongings.
• Collaborate closely with the mother to ensure smooth daily routines.

Preferred Qualifications ✅

• Fluency in Russian
• Previous professional childcare experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be an excellent driver
• Ability to provide 3-5 professional references
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits 💰

• Salary: $62,400 annually, guaranteed 40 hours/week ($30/hr)
• Start date: ASAP
• Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some weeks Monday – Friday)
• Vacation & Paid Leave: Two weeks of paid vacation, 2-4 paid sick/personal days, and paid major holidays
