Russian Operation Language Analyst (OLA) 🎯

Automation Technologies Inc. is seeking a skilled Russian Operation Language Analyst (OLA) to support our cryptologic and intelligence operations with expertise in translation, transcription, and analysis of complex materials.

🎓 Education & Experience

• Equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in cryptologic language processing in Russian.
• Alternatively, additional two (2) years of practical, applied work experience can substitute for a total of six (6) years.
• At least two (2) years of the four (4) years' experience must involve translating, transcribing, and gisting.
• No more than one (1) year of the four (4) years should primarily involve reporting duties.
• Must have one (1) year experience typing on an English keyboard.

🧠 Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Crypto Experience: Target development, network analysis, drafting intel reports, speaker/language identification.
• Related Language Experience: Oral translations, non-crypto audio/graphic translations, document exploitation, formal teaching.
• ILR Skill Level: Minimum of Level 2 with at least one Level 3 in Listening and Reading, documented within 2 years prior to resume submission.
• Translation Skills: Ability to translate highly technical foreign language documents and audio files accurately.
• Gisting Ability: Capable of producing concise summaries that lead to multiple product reports.
• Quality Control: Ensure high-quality translations at both written and audio Level 3.
• Language Proficiency: Complete translation from Russian into idiomatic English.
• Information Extraction: Ability to identify and recover critical information efficiently.
• Target & SIGINT Development: Conduct comprehensive target and SIGINT analysis using agency-specific tools and databases.
• Target Analysis Knowledge: Develop target analysis to support HUMINT and SIGINT operations with actionable recommendations.
