📝 Key Responsibilities

• Leverage Russian language skills to support analysis, translation, and interpretation tasks
• Process, analyze, and manage data to meet mission requirements
• Utilize technical tools and platforms for organizing and interpreting large datasets
• Apply emerging technologies, including machine learning, AI, and LLMs, to optimize analytical workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights
• Ensure accuracy and precision in all linguistic and analytical outputs

🎯 Basic Qualifications

• Proficiency in Russian with at least 2+ ILR (or equivalent)
• Experience or demonstrated ability in translation, analysis, or language-related work
• Strong technical aptitude across data management tools and systems
• Familiarity with IT concepts and data handling practices

• Experience working with machine learning, AI, or large language models (LLMs)
• Background in data analysis, data management, or related technical fields
• Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
• Experience supporting government or mission-focused environments

🛠️ What You Bring

• An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph preferred; sponsorship for upgrades available
• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 6–10 years of experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
• Experience within the Intelligence Community and operational environments
• Ability to pass a Leidos-administered language proficiency test or equivalent
• HLT experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic online research capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
