🌟 The Opportunity
As a Russian Language Instructor, you will be the driving force behind our language training programs, designing and delivering engaging learning experiences tailored to our clients’ needs. From eLearning modules and interactive lectures to lively discussions, exercises, case studies, role plays, and practical demos, you will create unforgettable language learning experiences! ✨
Responsibilities
Deliver Language Training
- Utilize government- or contractor-provided documentation, including assessment plans, instructor guides, and student materials.
- Customize teaching approaches based on student learning styles.
- Conduct instruction through synchronous and asynchronous activities.
- Teach ISO-Immersions and supplement with authentic contemporary materials.
Collaborative Work 🤝
- Work as part of a collaborative teaching team.
- Coordinate with course developers, curriculum managers, government instructors, and contractor instructors for training design and execution.
Technology Integration 💻
- Utilize basic classroom tech such as audio/video/DVD components and Microsoft Office.
- Implement advanced classroom tools like SmartBoard/Symposium, Blackboard, Microsoft Teams, and camera equipment.
Feedback & Assessment 📋
- Provide constructive feedback on student progress to the government.
- Ensure all assessments support course objectives and student growth.
Qualifications 🎓
- Clearance: Ability to pass security vetting. Onsite instruction is mandatory.
- Education & Experience: B.A./B.S. from an accredited institution or four additional years of relevant experience.
- Language Proficiency:
- ILR level 2 in reading, writing, speaking, listening in English and ILR level 4 in your native language (documents within last 3 years).
- ILR level 3 in reading and listening in the target language with ILR 4 in English.
- Teaching Experience: Minimum five years in adult language education and methodology.
- Technical Skills: Six months experience with language fonts, keyboards, and training software.

Compensation & Benefits 💰
The salary range for this position is $78,700 - $165,200. Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, skills, and other factors. CACI offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits—including healthcare, wellness, retirement, family support, continuing education, and generous time off—to support you and your family.
