The Opportunity 🚀

As a Russian Language Instructor, you will be the driving force behind our language training courses, customizing and delivering engaging experiences tailored to our clients’ needs. Your innovative approaches will include:

• eLearning tools and interactive lectures
• Lively discussions and team exercises
• Readings, case studies, role plays, and practical demonstrations

Help create an unforgettable language learning journey for all participants!

Key Responsibilities 📋

• Instructional Material: Utilize government or contractor-provided documentation, including assessment plans, instructor guides, and student materials.
• Teaching Approaches: Adapt methods to match student learning styles and strategies.
• Delivery: Conduct synchronous and asynchronous interactive lessons.
• Specialized Instruction: Teach ISO-Immersions, supplementing with authentic modern materials.
• Collaborative Work: Collaborate with course developers, curriculum managers, and other instructors for designing and implementing training programs.
• Technology: Use classroom tech including audio/video/DVD gear, Microsoft Office, Smart Boards, Blackboard, Microsoft Teams, and camera equipment.
• Assessment & Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and ensure assessments align with course objectives.

Qualifications ✔️

• Ability to pass security vetting.
• On-site instruction is mandatory.

Education & Experience

• B.A./B.S. from an accredited institution or additional four years of directly related experience.
• Minimum ILR proficiency level 2 in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Minimum ILR level 4 in your native language, and ILR level 3 in reading and listening in the target language.
• Proficiency documentation within the last 3 years.
• Five years of adult language teaching experience.
• Six months of experience with language fonts, keyboards, and training software.

Compensation & Benefits 💼

The salary for this position ranges from $78,700 to $165,200, influenced by location, experience, skills, and credentials. Our benefits package includes:
