Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Utilize government- or contractor-provided materials, including assessment plans, instructor guides, and student resources.
• Customize teaching methods to accommodate various student learning styles.
• Conduct instruction through both synchronous and asynchronous interactive activities.
• Teach ISO-Immersions and incorporate authentic, contemporary materials to enhance learning.
• Collaborate: Work closely with course developers, curriculum managers, government, and contractor instructors to design and implement effective training.
• Technology Integration: Use classroom technology such as audio/video equipment, DVD players, Microsoft Office, Smart Boards, Blackboard, Microsoft Teams, and camera equipment.
• Feedback & Assessment: Provide constructive feedback on student progress and ensure assessments align with learning objectives.

Qualifications & Experience ✅

Clearance & Onsite Instruction

• Ability to pass security vetting.
• Onsite instruction is MANDATORY.

Educational Background

• B.A./B.S. from an accredited university or an additional four years of directly related experience.

Language Proficiency 🎓

• Minimum ILR Level 2 in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in English.
• ILR Level 4 in your native language in all four skills.
• ILR Level 3 in reading and listening in the target language, with ILR Level 4 in English.
• Proficiency levels must be documented within the last 3 years.

Teaching & Technical Skills 📚💻

• At least 5 years of experience teaching adult language learners and methodology.
• Minimum 6 months of experience using language fonts, keyboards, and training software.

Compensation 💰

Salary Range: $78,700 – $165,200
