Job Opportunity: OSINT Language Enabled (Russian) Collector

Parsons is seeking a talented OSINT Language Enabled (Russian) Collector to join our expanding team! If you have a passion for intelligence gathering and analysis, read on to discover what your role will entail.

What You'll Be Doing 🔍

• Conduct OSINT collection using specialized tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence insights.
• Create collection plans, draft Open-Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and support OSINT analytic production.
• Participate in OSIR quality reviews, contribute language-based insights, and share expertise.
• Develop OSINT Collection Requirements aligned with government standards, ensuring proper publication and integration into the system of record.
• Assist managing the Enterprise's Collector Identifier Number Database and produce related management products.
• Support validation, tipping, cueing of other intelligence functions, and monitor for indicators and warnings.
• Contextualize intelligence, transforming isolated reports into part of the broader information environment.
• Provide intelligence support for contingency operations, planning, exercises, and strategic engagement in areas of operational responsibility (AOR) and areas of interest (AOI).
• Monitor and analyze political, military, and economic developments within assigned countries.
• Assess military capabilities, doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and force employment strategies.
• Research, author, and coordinate threat assessments for senior leadership.
• Develop analytical procedures, support intelligence product development, and assist in policy and procedure formulation.

Required Skills and Qualifications 🛠️

• Active TS/SCI clearance and Counterintelligence Polygraph eligibility.
• Minimum of 9+ years experience in OSINT collection, research, analysis, and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution (additional education optional for experience credit).
• Language-enabled in Russian (must pass ILR or DLTP language certification with a minimum DLPT of 3,3,3).
• Proficiency in English comprehension—reading and listening at 3+ level, writing at 3+ (ILR scale).
• Active Top Secret SCI security clearance.

Compensation and Benefits 💼

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
