Job Description

OSINT Language Enabled (Russian) Collector

Parsons is seeking a talented OSINT Language Enabled (Russian) Collector to join our expanding team! If you’re passionate about intelligence collection and analysis, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• 🕵️‍♂️ Conduct OSINT collection using specialized tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and support intelligence requirements.
• Create collection plans, draft Open-Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and fulfill OSINT analytic production needs.
• 🔍 Contribute to OSIR quality reviews and provide language-based insights and expertise.
• Develop OSINT Collection Requirements within government tasking, ensuring compliance with standards, publication in relevant systems, and refining collection doctrine, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the Enterprises' Collector Identifier Number Database and produce key Collection Management products and data calls.
• Support validation, tipping, and cueing of other intelligence functions, while monitoring indicators and warnings.
• Extend traditional reports to offer contextual intelligence, integrating pieces of information into the broader theater’s environment.
• Provide intelligence support for contingency operations, operational planning, training exercises, and strategic policies across Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI). This includes analysis in areas such as industry, infrastructure, technology, and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and assess political, military, and economic developments within the countries in the AORs and AOIs.
• Analyze future and ongoing developments, military capabilities, weapon acquisitions, and employment of military forces, including those of the U.S.
• Research, author, and coordinate threat assessments for senior leaders, develop analytical procedures, and support policy development to enhance operational success.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• 🔐 Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for Counterintelligence Polygraph.
• 🧠 9+ years of experience in OSINT collection, research, analysis, and reporting.
• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university (additional education can substitute for experience).
• 🗣️ Must be language-enabled in Russian, capable of passing certification tests (minimum DLPT 3,3,3). English comprehension at a 3+ level with writing skills at 3+ on the ILR scale.

Security Clearance

⭐ An active Top Secret SCI clearance is required for this position.
