Overview

We are seeking a Russian Language Coach to join our team in training AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring chatbot progress, evaluating their logic, and developing novel conversations to enhance model performance. You will need to possess an expert level of linguistics and be fluent in both Russian and English to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities 📝

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the correctness and performance quality of AI-generated content.

Qualifications ✔️

• Fluency in both English and Russian.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
