About the Role

Make a difference by applying your linguistic and technical knowledge in a role that directly supports national security efforts. This position emphasizes linguistic proficiency with a focus on data analysis, translation, and interpretation, while utilizing cutting-edge technological tools. An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is preferred, but sponsorship for clearance upgrades is available.

Key Responsibilities 🗝️

• Leverage Russian language skills to support analysis, translation, and interpretation tasks
• Process, analyze, and manage data to meet mission requirements
• Utilize technical tools and platforms for organizing and interpreting large datasets
• Apply emerging technologies such as machine learning, AI, and LLMs to enhance workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all linguistic and analytical outputs

Basic Qualifications ✅

• Proficiency in Russian with at least 2+ ILR or equivalent
• Experience or demonstrated ability in translation, analysis, or related work
• Strong technical skills across data management tools and systems
• Familiarity with IT concepts and data handling practices

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

• Experience working with machine learning, AI, or large language models (LLMs)
• Background in data analysis or technical fields
• Quick learner and adaptable to new tools and technologies
• Experience supporting government or mission-driven environments

What You Bring to the Table 🎯

• An active TS/SCI with polygraph is preferred; sponsorship for upgrades available
• Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 6-10 years (additional experience considered in lieu of degree)
• Experience within the Intelligence Community and operational environments
• Successful completion of Leidos-administered language proficiency test or equivalent
• HLT experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
