Key Responsibilities 🧳

  • Handle incoming calls to book itineraries and respond to customer inquiries, resolving complex issues
  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Assist all customers, including those with disabilities, following United guidelines
  • Use customer service and sales techniques with empathy to meet customer needs
  • Maintain performance metrics to support productivity goals
  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain a standard-setting product experience
  • Maintain an ergonomically correct workspace
  • Address additional passenger questions and concerns
  • Leverage training resources to resolve customer issues effectively
  • This role is **100% onsite** at our Customer Contact Center in (Location)

Qualifications ✅

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Fluent in Korean (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in computer use, including accurate keyboarding and airline reservation software
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles (preferred)
  • Flexibility to work any shift within a 24/7 schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods while communicating with customers
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Successful interview completion to meet job qualifications
  • Punctuality and reliable attendance
  • Agreement to follow United policies, including Working Together Guidelines, Reservations Handbook, and Drug & Alcohol policies
  • Ability to pass a 10-year security background check

Preferred Qualifications 🌟

  • 2+ years of contact center and customer service experience
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, especially in airport operations, baggage handling, or customer solutions

Compensation & Benefits 💰

The starting salary for this role is $21.14/hour. This position is eligible for bonuses, including profit sharing.
