Ruach AI Is Hiring A Robotics/AI Lead (Equity only)

Help give robots their lifeline when autonomy fails.I'm looking for a cofounder to join me in building RuachAI — a platform that provides on-demand crowd-sourced human teleoperation to robots when autonomy breaks down. We enable robotics companies to reduce their time to market byt leveraging our crowd while they perfect their autonomy. In the mean time the data that we collect would be used to help them train such model or we offer it as a service.

The metaphor behind Ruach (Hebrew for "breath" or "spirit") is about giving life to machines. This isn't just about remote control — it's about enabling real-world deployment, improving data collection, and bridging the autonomy gap at scale.

What I'm Looking For:You're someone who's lived the robotics or autonomy reality:

• You've seen how brittle autonomy still is in real-world deployments.
• You might be an ex-robotics founder, autonomy engineer, or tech lead.
• You understand the value (and challenges) of integrating human-in-the-loop systems.
• You're hungry to build, not just research.

Ideally, you bring:

• Deep experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or embodied AI.
• Relationships or credibility in the space (robot OEMs, autonomy teams, research labs).
• A bias toward deployment, experimentation, and business thinking.
• A desire to help shape product direction and strategy alongside me (ex-CTO, acquired startup).
