We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to handle advanced clinical inquiries, offering expertise and exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 📝

• Provide expert responses (verbal and written) to health-related questions from consumers, educators, or medical/health professionals.
• Offer medical subject matter expertise across various inquiries.
• Conduct advanced database searches to gather relevant information efficiently.
• Draft documents, reports, and correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
• Document all incoming inquiries systematically for record-keeping and follow-up.
• Participate in special projects as required to support organizational goals.

Minimum Requirements ✅

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience.
• Additional training or education in a related area of specialization is a plus.
• Fluency in English and a specified secondary language.

Education, Experience, and Skills 🎓

• Experience in medical, scientific, or public health disciplines.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and current RN license are required.
• Clinical knowledge of CDC-related topics.
• Proficient internet search skills for quick, accurate information retrieval.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn additional software applications.
• Excellent listening, comprehension, verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills; capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Call Center experience is preferred.
• Smartphone required solely for logging into Maximus systems; not for daily work activities.
• Personal computer or laptop required. Tablets, iPads, and Chromebooks are not permitted.

Home Office Requirements 🏡

• Internet speed of 25 Mbps or higher (50 Mbps for shared connection). Test at www.speedtest.net.
• Minimum 5 Mbps upload speed.
• Hard-wired internet connection via Category 5 or 6 Ethernet cable.
• Private, secure workspace with an adequate power supply.
• Compatible with Windows 10 or 11 (11 preferred) or Mac OS Big Sur (11.0.1+), Catalina (10.15), or Monterey (12.3+).
