📍 Position Overview

Position: RN Case Manager (Bilingual - Mandarin/Cantonese/Russian or Spanish)
Location: Brooklyn, NY

💼 Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $105,000 - $115,000 annually

📝 Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Valid, unrestricted state Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Certifications: Certification in Case Management (CCM) is preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years as an RN
• Skills: Ability to practice independently and deliver quality nursing care
• Specialized Experience: Geriatric and Managed Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office) and typing skills necessary
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel for home and facility visits in the area
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, or Spanish
