🚧 What You'll Be Doing...

• Generate retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and delivering exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Discover customers' needs through meaningful connections and by asking insightful questions.
• Present product insights and recommend solutions to offer comprehensive top-down sales support.
• Close sales with excellent communication skills, providing simple and intuitive tech solutions that meet customer needs.
• Continuously improve through ongoing training and expand your operational skills in merchandising and inventory management.
• Grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon-sponsored events to build loyalty and expand your network.

💰 Compensation & Incentives

We're hiring immediately! Whether you're new to retail or an experienced salesperson, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, with the opportunity to earn up to $18,000 annually in individual-based commissions by hitting sales targets.

Looking to exceed expectations? Our unlimited commission program offers top performers the chance to make an additional $14,500 or more in commissions, potentially reaching a total annual earning of $65,000 to $75,500+.

🔍 What We're Looking for...

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military service
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedules provided four weeks in advance)
• Openness to extra shifts, especially during peak seasons (summer, holidays)
• Fluency in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a commission-based environment
• Proven sales skills involving customer interactions and solutions
• Customer service experience
