What You'll Be Doing

As a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you'll have the opportunity to develop your career within a passionate team focused on unlocking your full sales potential. Here's what you can expect:

• Drive retail sales: Utilize your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Uncover customer needs: Build connections by asking the right questions to understand their requirements.

• Expand your customer base: Make outbound calls and send messages to interested current Verizon customers.

Compensation & Benefits

We're hiring immediately! This isn’t your typical entry-level retail role. Whether you're just starting out or have sales experience, you can earn:

• Base pay: $16.00 to $21.00 per hour
• Commission opportunities: Up to $18,000 annually based on sales goals
• Top performer bonuses: Extra $14,500+ in commissions, potentially totaling $65,000–$75,500+ annually

Note: Compensation varies by location, hours, and performance.

Who We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Experience: 1+ years in sales, customer service, or military experience
• Availability: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known 4 weeks in advance)
• Flexibility: Openness to additional shifts during peak seasons (summer & holiday)
• Languages: Bilingual fluency in English and Polish

Additional preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in commission-based environments
• Proven sales experience in customer solutions
• Customer service background
