What You'll Be Doing

As a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you'll have the chance to grow your career within a vibrant team, unlocking your full potential and achieving sales success. Here’s what you can expect:

• Generate retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and delivering exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customer needs by creating genuine connections and asking insightful questions.
• Position product insights and recommend solutions to offer customers a comprehensive, top-down sales experience.
• Close sales with phenomenal communication skills, fulfilling customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Develop your skills through ongoing training, enhancing your operational knowledge in merchandising and inventory management.
• Grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending messages to interested Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon-sponsored events to attract and build loyalty among new customers.

We're hiring immediately! This is not your typical entry-level retail position. Whether you’re starting your career or bringing years of sales experience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 annually in individual commissions—especially if you meet your sales goals. Top performers could earn an additional $14,500+ in commissions, leading to a potential annual total of $65,000 to $75,500. Compensation varies based on location, hours, and performance. 💼

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of relevant work or military experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Korean.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance).
• Openness to additional shifts during peak periods like summer, November, and December.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven sales experience with direct customer solutions.
• Customer service background.
