What You'll Be Doing

• Generate sales by leveraging your passion for the latest technology and delivering exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Identify customer needs by creating meaningful connections and asking insightful questions.
• Present product insights and solutions to offer comprehensive, top-down sales recommendations.
• Close sales with excellent communication skills, fulfilling customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Enhance your skills through ongoing training in operational functions like merchandising and inventory management.
• Grow your customer base by reaching out via calls and texts to interested Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside the store through Verizon-sponsored events to build loyalty and expand your network.

Immediate Hiring & Compensation

This role isn't your typical entry-level retail position—whether you're starting out or bringing years of sales experience, you can earn between $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus potential individual commissions of up to $16,000 per year when meeting sales goals. Top performers can make an additional $14,500 or more in commissions, reaching a total annual income of over $73,500. Compensation varies based on location, hours, and performance.

What We're Looking For

• Educational requirements: High school diploma or GED
• Language proficiency: Bilingual in English and Cantonese or Mandarin
• Experience: At least one year of relevant work or military experience
• Availability: Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedules known four weeks in advance)
• Flexibility: Openness to additional shifts during peak seasons to increase income

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a commission-based environment
• Proven sales experience and customer solutions communication
• Customer service background
