What You’ll Be Doing... 🎯

• Drive retail sales by leveraging your passion for innovative technology and delivering exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Understand customer needs through meaningful connections and insightful questions.
• Present product insights and tailored solutions to provide comprehensive sales options.
• Close sales with excellent communication skills, matching customers with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Enhance your skills through ongoing training in operational functions, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Grow your customer base by making outbound calls and sending texts to interested Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon-sponsored events to expand your loyal customer network.

Compensation & Incentives 💰

We’re hiring immediately! Whether you’re starting fresh or experienced in sales, earn between $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay. Plus, with the potential to earn up to $18,000 annually in commissions by hitting sales targets, the sky's the limit!

Top performers can make an additional $14,500 or more in commissions, reaching a total annual earning of $65,000 to $75,500+. Compensation varies based on location, hours, and performance.

Who We’re Looking For... 🕵️‍♂️🕵️‍♀️

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of relevant experience (work or military)
• Bilingual in Arabic
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance)
• Open to additional shifts, especially during busy seasons like summer and holidays

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in sales or commission-based environments
• Strong customer service and solution-oriented communication
