- Pay Range: $25.50 - $36.00 USD/hour

Job Description:
The Retail Banker II Float acts as a Customer liaison, crucial in fulfilling TD’s brand promise by providing expert financial advice and personalized banking solutions. This role involves working across multiple locations, adapting to various contexts to support customer needs and business growth.
Depth & Scope:
- Serves as a subject matter expert on all products, services, policies, and procedures related to personal and business banking.
- Offers product recommendations tailored to customer needs, highlighting features that support financial goals.
- Proactively utilizes Customer Relationship Management tools to assess customer needs and lead outbound sales activities.
- Builds strong relationships with customers and colleagues, providing clear explanations and effective solutions.
- Participates in customer outreach, advising activities, and facilitates loan applications.
- Maintains an active registration with NMLS.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred
- Minimum 2+ years of related experience — teller experience is a plus
- Proficiency in customer transactions, agility, teamwork, and adaptability across locations
- Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Notary License preferred

- Ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations
- Support operational excellence by adhering to risk and control policies

Regulatory & Physical Requirements:
This role involves compliance with regulations such as Regulation Z and the SAFE Act, and requires physical activities including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and occasional traveling, with safety and ergonomic considerations in mind.
