💼 Job Overview

The Brand Specialist will play a vital role in enhancing our brand identity, supporting interior design, managing online promotions, and optimizing platform operations. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment with great benefits and growth opportunities.

💰 Compensation

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

📋 Job Responsibilities

A. Interior Design Support 🖼️

• Participate in restaurant interior design, including hard decoration layout and soft furnishing selection, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Assist in implementing design plans and follow up with post-opening evaluations for continuous improvement.

B. Brand Design 🎨

• Contribute to the creative development and refinement of brand visual systems, including logos, visual identity, menus, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all design deliverables are consistent with brand positioning and image.

C. Brand Promotion 📣

• Assist in planning and executing online and offline promotional activities to boost brand awareness and reputation.
• Collaborate with the social media team on event publicity and content planning.

D. Product Selection & Plating 🍽️

• Participate in selecting tableware and plating styles aligned with brand positioning and guest experience.
• Track trials of new products and collect feedback for ongoing optimization.

E. Pricing Management 💵

• Assist with menu pricing research and market analysis to balance brand positioning and profitability.
• Provide adjustment recommendations based on market trends and sales data.

F. Delivery Platform Operations 🚚

• Manage daily operations and campaign planning for delivery platforms like Uber Eats, Fantuan, HungryPanda, etc.
• Optimize menus, images, and marketing copy to increase conversions and customer satisfaction.
