Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Beverage Manager with at least 2 years of restaurant management experience to oversee the cocktail, beer, & wine offerings, assist the Sr. Bar Manager/Sommelier, and lead daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage beverage inventories, cost-outs, and pricing updates; oversee menu changes; maintain vendor relationships with beer, liquor, and wine suppliers
- Lead pre-shift meetings; conduct line, temperature, and cooler checks; manage closing duties including safe count, labor review, and nightly numbers email
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of shifts, providing an exceptional guest and team experience
- Provide leadership and guidance to both hourly and management teams, fostering our Culture of Caring
- Respond promptly to guest and employee needs and feedback
- Assist the General Manager in managing costs, increasing sales, and supporting financial goals
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and developing team members
- Perform inventory checks, place supply orders, and inspect deliveries
- Promote teamwork across all departments
- Handle challenges with tact, good judgment, patience, and courtesy
- Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and travel as needed
- Lifting requirements: up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong skills in developing guest rapport
- Proven leadership abilities in team management
Compensation 💰
Annual salary range: USD $60,000.00 - USD $85,000.00
