📝 Position Summary

We are seeking motivated, culturally sensitive, and compassionate individuals for our Residential Care Provider roles within the Juntos Program. As an essential team member, you'll provide direct counseling and support to children and teens, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.

💼 Duties & Responsibilities

• Engage in caring supervision and structured activities aligned with program goals
• Lead life skills education and goal setting sessions
• Co-lead recreation and physical education activities during shifts
• Offer one-to-one assistance and actively engage youth
• Transportation to and from appointments
• Serve as a positive role model

🎓 Requirements

• High School Diploma plus one year experience working with youth
• Excellent documentation and data entry skills
• Proficiency in electronic health records and related systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (conversational Spanish required; fluent preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least three years
• Vehicle with current insurance and registration
• Ability to pass medical and motor vehicle screenings
