Join our team as a dedicated Research Interventionist to support a vital study promoting web-based physical activity programs. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to contribute to impactful research at the School of Nursing.

Purpose
Assist in conducting part-time research intervention duties under the supervision of Dr. Wonshik Chee. The study focuses on promoting a web-app based physical activity program to diverse participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Weekly Interventions: Conduct weekly chat-based interventions with participants in Simplified Korean or English.
- Procedural Tasks: Maintain research diaries, manage communications for participant payments and Fitbit distribution, and coordinate with the Principal Investigator, Coordinator, and peer interventionists.
- Recruitment Activities: Support recruitment efforts to enhance study participation.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within the U.S.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Zoom, MS Office, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Flexibility: Ability to work according to participant schedules across different time zones
Compensation & Conditions
- Salary Range: $36.00 per hour
- Working Conditions: Remote research interviews via chat and/or video calls
- Work Shift: Hours vary based on participant availability
