🎯 Your Role as a Representative, Inside Sales
You will mainly make outbound calls to fans and local businesses, employing excellent customer service skills to set up appointments at Petco Park and reach sales targets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Reports daily to the Manager, Inside Sales
- Make 75+ calls per shift from lead lists and prospecting to schedule face-to-face appointments at Petco Park
- Offer outstanding customer service to callers from our main ticket line while maximizing sales from this channel
- Utilize CRM software for contact management, sales pipeline tracking, and maintaining accurate records
- Represent the Padres positively during game days, engaging with clients and prospects at sales tables or in their seats
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager, Inside Sales
🔍 Required Knowledge & Skills

- Self-starter comfortable making cold calls
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of collaborative teamwork
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, adept at handling multiple tasks and deadlines
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, discretion, and accountability
- Consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance
📝 Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Physical ability to access various areas of the ballpark for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment requirements
💰 Compensation & Benefits
The hourly pay for this role is $21.06 as per California law. The position can include commissions based on achieving sales goals. Final compensation will consider your experience, education, skills, and other relevant factors.
