Role Overview
As a Renewals Specialist for the MEA region, you will manage existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on nurturing client relationships, exploring cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and driving customer success in this rapidly growing market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients in the MEA region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and issues.
- Assess customer satisfaction regularly through feedback calls, surveys, and meetings.
- Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations to showcase our offerings' value.
- Monitor account performance and customer usage data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports for management and relevant teams.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams for cohesive account management.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product features.
- Develop growth strategies with the sales team within the MEA region.
- Support promotional campaigns tailored to existing customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in renewals or sales within the MEA region
- Strong understanding of customer service principles
- Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven success in achieving sales targets through cross-selling and upselling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
