Role Overview

As a Renewals Specialist for the MEA region, you will manage existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on nurturing client relationships, exploring cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and driving customer success in this rapidly growing market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients in the MEA region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and issues.
  • Assess customer satisfaction regularly through feedback calls, surveys, and meetings.
  • Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations to showcase our offerings' value.
  • Monitor account performance and customer usage data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management and relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams for cohesive account management.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product features.
  • Develop growth strategies with the sales team within the MEA region.
  • Support promotional campaigns tailored to existing customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in renewals or sales within the MEA region
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets through cross-selling and upselling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
