What You'll Do
- Drive sales by booking flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and entertainment packages for both individual and corporate clients
- Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with hotels, airlines, ground transportation providers, and entertainment services
- Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers to obtain competitive rates and exclusive perks for clients
- Utilize Sabre or Amadeus GDS to research, book, and manage reservations efficiently
- Serve Arabic-speaking clients with culturally aware, high-touch service in both Arabic and English
- Provide expert travel advice, including itinerary planning and post-booking support
- Monitor sales performance and contribute ideas to expand our market share 🚀
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience as a travel agent with strong sales results
- Hands-on proficiency with Sabre or Amadeus GDS (this is a must)
- Fluency in Arabic and professional English (both written and spoken)
- Demonstrated success in negotiating or selling to hotels, airlines, or other travel suppliers
- Self-motivated with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have
- Existing network of contacts within hotels, airlines, or limo/entertainment industries
- Experience with luxury or corporate travel
- Familiarity with travel markets in the Middle East and GCC
- Knowledge of additional languages such as French or Spanish
