About the Role

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Monitoring account reconciliation and MJE
• Finished goods stock accounting monitoring
• Accrual AP & AR / R&D, including transfer from plant monitoring
• Provision, incentives posting/monitoring
• Managing GL bank payment flow (via ICM) from central finance
• Forecast reporting and management through BW-BPS
• Preparing manual journal entries in ATR & MIS tools
• Intercompany documentation and control
• Regional P/L allocation of depreciation and costs
• Maintaining charts of accounts control
• Master data management
• SLA assurance

Knowledge & Experience

• Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2 level)
• At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting (preferably in R2R, GL, and/or tax)
• Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience in a similar position will be an asset
