📝 Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring account reconciliation and MJE
• Monitoring finished goods stock accounting
• Handling accruals for AP & AR / R&D, including transfers from production plants
• Posting and monitoring provisions and incentives
• Managing GL bank payment flows (via ICM) from central finance
• Preparing forecast reports and managing BW-BPS systems
• Creating manual journal entries using ATR & MIS tools
• Maintaining intercompany documentation and controls
• Allocating P/L, depreciation, and costs regionally
• Controlling charts of accounts
• Managing master data
• Ensuring SLA compliance

🧠 Knowledge & Experience

• Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2 level)
• 1-2 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in R2R, GL, or tax areas
• Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
